Last updated: October 2026

Bloodybar Septic wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Things You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Bloodybar Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say the work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing did not go well. The usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Bloodybar Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@bloodybar.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
